A busy weekend and the clocks went forward for lighter nights and more training!

First was a 32 mile route on the bike from Stokesley and included very steep incline to Clay Bank through the forest track to the car park. Its the Stokesley charity annual bike ride route, and I had a little shortcut to avoid some traffic lights at the start and added a bit on the end to try and make it over 30 miles. the Stokesley cycle ride is here if you are interested in joining this year http://www.stokesleycharityride.org.uk

Sunday was a day for walking after the clocks went forward the sun decided it had been hibernation far too long, On June 16th-17th June, Becki will be doing the National Three Peaks Challenge raising money for mental health charity Mind, we have been promising to do the first stage of the Cleveland Way from Helmsley to Sutton Bank (nearly 10 miles) and that’s exactly what we did.

Her challenge involves climbing the 3 highest peaks in the UK, Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike and Snowdon in 24 hours. Few of us makes it through life without suffering some sort of mental health issue. Any help and support you can offer me along the way would be gratefully received – https://uk.virginmoneygiving.com/Team/TwistedBlisters4
